Delivery

Odile's delivery is guaranteed delivered or reimbursed. 

 

All our parcels are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order is then given to our carrier and delivery takes place within 3 to 5 working days.

 

We use the services of DPD international and Post NL. All packages are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking after placing your order.

 

All our packages are shipped from the Netherlands. As we are in the European Union, there is no customs clearance required for deliveries to the EU. Odile delivers all over Europe, and safely.
